With a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne, we’re looking to add an experienced Grader Operator who is skilled at operating Cat and John Deere graders to our team. With Projects based across Melbourne, you may be required to travel to multiple locations across the city as needed. The Role Duties include: General operation and maintenance of machine – preparation and position of machine for operation. Final trim, infill, road and pavement work. Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly. Work from drawings as directed by Site Supervisors and Project Engineers. Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times. About You We are looking for the following skills and experience: Experience operating a Grader with final trim experience. Recent civil experience, specifically in bulk earthworks. GPS experience. Experience operating a John Deer or Cat Graders Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work well under pressure. Current driver’s license and vehicle. Grader ticket. Safety focused attitude with a high attention to detail and time management skills. Able to work as part of a team. Full Australian work rights.
