The Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client accounts, drive new business opportunities and manage a high performing team. You will oversee projects from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring client objectives are exceeded while maintaining profitability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage client relationships, campaigns and account teams. Own pitches, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, artwork development and project legal requirements. Ensure compliance with promotional mechanics and shopper marketing principles. Drive financial performance and meet client forecast and profitability targets. Lead development of annual client plans and innovative strategies. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Coach and mentor junior team members while maintaining a positive team culture. Skills & Experience: 6 years’ experience in a fast paced marketing agency with team leadership experience. Broad marketing experience across below the line activities. Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent multitasking, attention to detail and time management. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business preferred but not essential. Behavioural Competencies: Professional, self-motivated and results oriented.
