The Opportunity As Chief Financial Officer , you’ll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team — shaping the company’s growth agenda and guiding the financial and operational direction of the business. This is a hands-on, future-focused leadership role where you’ll have the scope to challenge, influence, and drive real outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO, Managing Director and ELT to deliver the company’s strategic growth plan. Drive initiatives that enhance working capital, utilisation, and sales performance. Lead financial forecasting, cash flow, and investment modelling to support business decisions. Strengthen reporting frameworks and deliver insights that shape commercial and strategic direction. Oversee IT and ERP strategy, ensuring technology supports scale and efficiency. Champion continuous improvement and systems optimisation across finance and operations. Support future growth through both organic expansion and M&A activity. Your Profile You’re CA/CPA qualified and bring a strong track record in senior finance leadership roles — ideally within complex, fast-evolving environments. You combine commercial insight with strategic thinking and know how to influence at the highest levels. Confident, energetic, and highly collaborative, you’re a visible leader who inspires trust and alignment across teams. Experience in ERP implementation or IT transformation would be highly regarded.
