The role briefly includes : Being the Country Representative Trainer for the Fresenius 5008/5008s and 4008 NG Dialysis Machines. Train nurses to become Key users in the 5008/5008s and 4008NG dialysis machines. Co-Ordination of education programs and Quality systems. Development of Education Programs Conducting Audits and providing support to Clinic Managers in maintaining their audit schedule. Collations of KPI data and report and presentation preparation. Perform quality checks of incidents reported on the Incident management system. Provide support for Accreditation as required. Building relationships and maintaining effective communication across the Clinical Governance management team, Leadership team, Clinic managers and Clinic Staff. Requirements Hold a current and valid registration as a general nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Relevant post-basic/tertiary qualification Minimum five years current relevant nursing and clinical experience Demonstrated expertise and computer literacy in the delivery and co-ordination of clinical Quality and Education specifically within the haemodialysis setting Demonstrated organisational, teaching and effective communication skills, combined with the ability to be self-directed Be able to travel if required as part of this role As a person you Are able to continuously reflect on nursing practice and apply learning as appropriate Have a passion for teaching and development Understand and have experience in the quality improvement process Able to Collate data and assist in preparation of reports and presentations Are motivated with an ability to work independently Are a natural communicator and able to build relationships
