Job Description This role is ideal for a passionate, motivated Demi Chef looking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume buffet-style breakfast service. You’ll play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality breakfast experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs with the preparation and delivery of buffet-style breakfast service, ensuring variety, freshness, and quality at all times Oversee assigned breakfast sections, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Uphold exceptional food presentation and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all workstations Prepare mise-en-place and support stock control by monitoring inventory, minimising waste, and adhering to rotation procedures Help train and guide junior team members or apprentices where required Liaise with chefs and kitchen leadership to ensure consistent service and timely replenishment during peak service period.
