Job Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Logistics team in Brisbane. In this key role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of a highly regulated warehouse environment, ensuring stock is received, stored, handled and dispatched in line with strict compliance requirements. You'll play a critical part in maintaining TGA and State Health Department licensing standards, contributing to the safe handling of governed consumables and delivering exceptional accuracy in all warehousing activities. Receiving incoming stock, picking and preparing goods for dispatch, and loading/unloading vehicles Following SOP's to ensure safe and compliant operations Performing general warehouse duties including cleaning, equipment use, and basic admin tasks Upholding occupational health and safety standards to ensure a safe workplace Supporting the execution of Montu and Alternaleaf’s broader warehouse strategy Maintaining peak warehouse performance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Performing other duties as required to support the team
