Job Description We currently have a number of projects under development across QLD / NSW / VIC and we are seeking expressions of interest as follows: This is a FIFO role Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of surface and underground infrastructure packages (SMP, civil, electrical, and controls). Provide technical oversight and direction to ensure construction works meet engineering, quality, and safety requirements. Manage contractor performance, including monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and forecasts for assigned packages. Coordinate interfaces between multiple disciplines and contractors to ensure integrated delivery of infrastructure works. Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support procurement activities including scope development, tender evaluations, and contract administration. Provide leadership in fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to HSE requirements. Engage with site operations, commissioning teams, and other stakeholders to enable smooth handover of infrastructure. Mentor and support junior engineers in technical and project delivery aspects.
