You will work in a dynamic office-based setting in NSW, liaising between trade contractors, site teams, and management, while executing and enforcing safety systems that align with relevant legislation and company policies. Key duties include conducting risk assessments and hazard identifications both on site and via reporting tools; managing safe work method statements (SWMS); investigating incidents; delivering safety training; auditing works and contractors; and producing clear, actionable safety reports.
