The Role Toll is offering an exciting opportunity for experienced MC Road Train Drivers to join our high-performing team based locally at our Karratha Branch . This is a residential role - no FIFO required - ideal for drivers looking to build a stable career while enjoying the benefits of living and working in the Pilbara. You'll be responsible for the safe delivery of bulk fuel throughout the region, operating double, triple, and quad road trains in a safety-first environment. If you have a strong safety mindset, and a clean driving record-we want to hear from you. Experience transporting fuel or dangerous goods will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Operate Double, Triple & Quad Road Trains Deliver bulk diesel to remote locations within the Pilbara Service key mining and industrial clients across Regional WA Promote and uphold a strong safety culture Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery records Provide excellent customer service and performance in all aspects of the role Skills & Experience Encouraging female applicants to apply Current MC Licence (Unrestricted) Dangerous Goods Licence WA Fatigue Management Certificate Safe Load Pass (desirable, not essential) Able to obtain a current Commercial Vehicle Driver's Medical and National Police Clearance Experience operating Triple and Quad Road Trains preferred Previous Rio Tinto inductions advantageous Strong safety and compliance focus with a responsible driving history Benefits for Local Residents Housing Allowance: $625 per week 12 weeks long service leave after 3 years Permanent , secure role based in Karratha - be home every day 15% superannuation on a 38-hour week 5 weeks annual leave , 10 days personal leave Overnight allowance of $80 per night when required to stay in-truck Relocation Assistance for the right candidate Comprehensive training and paid inductions Ongoing career development within Toll's national network Working at Toll At Toll, we know our success is due to the skill and dedication of our people.
