Toll People are currently seeking a motivated Transport Administrator to join our team in Singleton. This role offers stable weekday hours, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a supportive and well-established transport environment. The successful applicant will be supporting the Branch's Operational Team, responsible for the administrative functions required within a transport operation. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Action and respond to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight Complete daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems Scan finance copies and close driver manifests Conduct internal audits and complete general admin tasks as required Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers What You'll Need to Succeed: Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service (transport/logistics preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills - written and verbal Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure A team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Benefits Monday to Friday daytime hours - enjoy your evenings and weekends!
