This role is not about building the basics, but about stepping up our game to use financial and operational insight to continue fuel our scale-up journey. Your role spans two main arenas: 1. Financial Oversight Own financial strategy, planning, and reporting - internally and to board Ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability across accounting and cash flow Partner with CEO and board on growth strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation Lead M&A, IPO readiness and potential exit scenarios 2. Operational Execution Act as sparring partner to our VPs (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) — bringing financial insight into their decisions Translate customer and business data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and investment choices Build dashboards, metrics, and routines that give visibility and control, while enabling speed Support teams in setting targets, tracking performance, and identifying improvement areas Champion cross-team initiatives that drive margins, scalability, and operational excellence What you\'ll bring: Experience from financial leadership in B2B SaaS (5 years) Fluency in SaaS mechanics and levers: ARR, ACV, NRR/GRR, churn, CAC payback, LTV, cohort and funnel analytics Concrete experience of operational improvements projects across functional teams Low-ego, ambitious mindset J-18808-Ljbffr
