Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Prepare patient care plans in collaboration with the GP. Administer vaccinations, immunizations, and IV infusions. Perform wound care, ECGs, spirometry, and pathology collection. Assist with minor procedures and post-procedure care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation. Support chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives. Assist with patient education and community health promotion activities. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Experience in a general practice or hospital setting (highly desirable). Skilled in immunizations, vaccinations, and IV administration. Knowledge of clinical standards, infection control, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
