Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the specified standards. Maintain strong quality control across all finishing works Oversee defect rectification and ensure high standards of workmanship Organise and schedule trades, tasks, and materials as required Ensure all final compliance and handover requirements are met About You Solid experience in construction supervision, finishing management, or project management roles Strong leadership and people management skills - confident in dealing with trades and ensuring accountability Excellent organisational skills with a focus on timelines and quality Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving Contract Details Approx. 3-month contract to oversee completion of a 15-apartment project Competitive daily/weekly rate available Immediate start This role would suit a strong foreman, finishing supervisor, or project manager who enjoys taking charge of the final stages of construction and ensuring a top-quality handover.
