You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage calls and appointments, handle correspondence and provide administrative support across the office. Working alongside accountants, partners and administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. To succeed, you will bring strong communication and organisational skills, a polished and professional manner and previous experience in reception or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine commitment to client service are essential.
