About the Role Our Cadet Program is designed to give you practical experience across a wide range of construction disciplines, helping you build a strong foundation for a successful career in civil engineering. As a Cadet, you’ll support our Civil team with key commercial and project delivery tasks, including: Pre-Construction: Estimating, tendering, commercial analysis, and design Construction & Delivery: On-site delivery, scheduling, compliance, and quality assurance Project Support: Contract administration, financial processes, safety, programming, and project management You’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle and contribute to meaningful work that shapes communities.
