Job Description As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the team - providing administrative and compliance support to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Your day will include: Assisting the recruitment team with posting roles, screening candidates, and managing compliance documentation. Coordinating candidate onboarding - collecting, uploading and verifying key registration documents (e.g. visas, WWCC, CRC checks). Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment systems. Supporting payroll and timesheet verification processes. Liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Contributing to process improvements and supporting business initiatives across the Nursing division.
