A destination for those in search of great food, service, and atmosphere alike. Saddles Mount White is a busy restaurant located in the heart of Mount White, Central Coast. We are open 7 days for breakfast and lunch with nights only occasional nights for special events and functions. Our focus is a casual dining experience highlighting local and native ingredients. The Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team, apprentice, Commis and Chef De Partie skill level. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist the Head Chef in Menu planning. Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation. Assist in managing stock levels. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff. Contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative kitchen culture. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for cooking and food Trade qualifications (i.e. Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery) At least 2 years experience as a Chef Thorough understanding of food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If this sounds like you, please apply.
