(Nurse Grade 3) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available About your opportunity The Townsville University Hospital (TUH) Central Sterilising Department (CSD) is responsible for the decontamination and sterilisation of Reusable Medical Devices utilised in Operating Theatres, Oral Health Services, various wards and hospital departments, as well as for external clients. The Townsville University Hospital CSD offers assistance to other CSDs within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS). Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration Mandatory for Central Sterilising Department: Successful completion of Certificate III in Sterilisation Services from an approved training organisation based on nationally accredited competencies or equivalent. Qualification: Diploma of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
