About the Role Are you a passionate HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in aged care? VMCH is on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Residential Aged Care division. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR – coaching managers, driving change, and embedding best-practice people strategies across the business. You’ll help shape a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with Leaders Collaborate with managers to implement HR frameworks, policies, and practices Provide expert advice on performance, conduct, and change management Coach leaders to build capability and confidence in people management HR Operations & Strategy Deliver high-quality HR services and support workforce planning Manage performance and change initiatives Provide industrial relations advice and deliver training HR Projects & Compliance Maintain and update policies in line with legislation Lead internal audits and support accreditation processes Manage HR data and reporting for compliance Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence About You Tertiary or master’s qualification in Human Resources Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (aged care experience a bonus!)
