Job Description At Luxury Escapes, we’re constantly innovating to reward and delight our most loyal customers and as such we are looking to appoint a Senior Loyalty Manager to own and develop our loyalty offers. As part of this mission, we’re building Société - our international loyalty and rewards program. Alongside LuxPlus, the world’s most valuable travel subscription program. This role is about architecting, launching, and scaling an innovative travel loyalty program: driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value on a global scale. As our first single threaded loyalty leader, you’ll combine analytical rigor with entrepreneurial execution to design the program mechanics, test and optimise offerings, and grow our member base worldwide. You’ll act as both CX architect and business owner, setting the strategic vision while rolling up your sleeves to make it real. What you'll do: Drive the evolution of Luxury Escapes’ loyalty programs, refining points, tiers, and benefits Use data and feedback to continuously improve Société’s member value proposition Create and test new initiatives to surprise and delight members, boosting engagement and retention Analyse member behaviour, program performance, and partner ROI to guide investment and promotions Source, negotiate, and manage global partnerships across airlines, hotels, retail, and experiences Expand the program’s reach and value through innovative commercial and strategic collaborations Champion a seamless, personalised member journey across digital and offline touchpoints Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, finance, and customer experience teams Scan market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and technologies Define, track, and report on key loyalty metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership
