Onsite Parking Essential requirements: Hold A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role/Director role Confident with the assessment and rating process Have a good understanding of the Cycle of planning and the documentation process for children's learning Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF. Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications Faith-Based Commitment: A genuine willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment of the centre. You’ll be expected to uphold and contribute to the Religious Education Framework as part of our holistic approach to care and learning. Working With Children Check (WWCC) SCECS is a Child Safe Organisation dedicated to the Protection of every child in our care.
