The Business Support and Systems Officer role provides support for the effective functioning of CYRIS, from both the system and business implementation perspectives. Specifically, the support officer will assist with Support Desk Assistance, the management of business process issues, testing and rollout of new functionality, ongoing training, data quality, system documentation and governance secretariat support. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Experience and skills in supporting the implementation and administration of an ICT business system in a Human Services environment is desirable. Experience in managing change requests is desirable but not essential. Significant experience in development of templates and documents using Microsoft Office products such as Sharepoint and Microsoft Word is desirable but not essential. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
