Key responsibilities include: Building a Zero Harm culture through safe work practices Coordinating site activities and documentation Supervising technicians and contractors Ensuring compliance and reporting Managing subcontractors and procurement Overseeing technical delivery from start to finish Required Skills & Experience: 2 years in O&M for utility-scale solar or renewables Electrical qualification (Diploma/Degree preferred) Electrical licence (state-specific), LVR/CPR, First Aid Electrical Technician Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Key responsibilities include: Performing inspections, repairs, and advanced diagnostics Developing SOPs and training others Leading safety compliance and recordkeeping Supporting installations and emergency response Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in electrical maintenance QLD electrical supervisor/contractor licence Driver’s licence, LVR/CPR, First Aid LI-PC1 Please let us know if you have any special requirements or need any sort of assistance during the interview.
