Your Organisation We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to join a premium gifting business located in the South Eastern Suburbs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in the corporate and real estate sectors, while identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a relationship-led position where you’ll combine your account management skills with business development activity, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions and outstanding service at every step. Your Role Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted partner for all gifting needs. Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand into new client partnerships. Manage a structured client pipeline through HubSpot CRM, ensuring all interactions are tracked and followed up. Engage decision-makers through calls, emails, meetings, and tailored product presentations. Provide exceptional service by offering personalised solutions aligned with client budgets and goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction. Prepare regular performance updates on activity, pipeline, and revenue. Your Profile Proven experience in account management and/or business development within a B2B environment (corporate or real estate markets highly regarded). Strong relationship management skills, with a genuine interest in understanding client needs. Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Organised and proactive, with experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Available to commence immediately. This role is in office Monday - Friday from 8am -4pm. What’s in it for you?
