About the Role We are seeking a Network and Security Operations Specialist to manage and maintain critical network and security infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance across multiple platforms. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and address operational challenges. What You’ll Do Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems, primarily focusing on Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco (Switching & Routing). Resolve complex networking issues with strong troubleshooting skills. Leverage ServiceNow for incident management, adhering to ITIL best practices. Work with teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and security issues.
