You will mentor and coach educators in your room, fostering reflective practice and professional growth, and play a key role in the services' Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). This role also involves building strong partnerships with families and the local community to create inclusive and meaningful learning experiences. Your input will be valued in shaping the curriculum and ensuring every child thrives.
