The Role You'll oversee a mix of domestic and commercial insurance repair projects across the Wide Bay region , managing claims from start to finish. While there's some estimating involved, the role is predominantly focused on supervision - coordinating trades, ensuring workmanship standards, and guiding clients through their repairs. With the head office based in Brisbane, you'll have the flexibility to work from home when not on the road , supported by a passionate Construction Manager who genuinely cares about developing his team and setting them up for success.
