About the role The Corporate Services Coordinator is the backbone of the Corporate Services team, keeping operations running smoothly with a blend of sharp organisation and a customer-first mindset. In this role you'll handle everything from admin and records management to supplier coordination and office support, all with a keen eye for detail. You’ll juggle tasks with precision, orchestrating smooth operations so the team can shine. Duties Provide effective administrative support to the Corporate Services team. Create purchase orders and invoice payments of Corporate Services related suppliers. Support and guide the Administration Officer to ensure a well-supported, functional, and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors at our National Office Site (Glebe). Provide support to Managers of Corporate Services functions with administration tasks as required including Contracts management, fleet and property data entry, supplier coordination. Skills and Experience Certificate III or IV in business related or similar area or equivalent work experience. At least 12 months administrative experience in a similar role. High attention to detail and ability to notice errors in documentation. Proactive and results focused with the ability to work within a team and autonomously. Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Ability to identify what is commercially sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy and confidentiality. Strong customer service focus with proven drive and ability to find solutions for the customer and make the customer experience as positive as possible.
