We’re looking for a marketing leader who can support our suburban assets to drive visitation, sales growth, market share and trade area penetration. Reporting to the General Manager, Shopping Centres & Office Buildings , your role as Senior Marketing Manager - Suburban Shopping Centres, will be to act as a brand ambassador for Hawaiian, ensuring consistent representation and alignment across all suburban assets. A snapshot of your responsibilities will include: Portfolio Management Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Marketing & Brand, General Manager, Shopping Centres & Office Buildings and the asset Property Managers to develop both the portfolio-wide and individual asset marketing plans. Work with the Marketing Executives and each asset team to deliver the annual marketing plan to achieve asset sales, visitation, and other key objectives, in line with Strategic Asset Plans and the Hawaiian brand. Relationship Management Support and assist the Community team to execute partnership initiatives across the Suburban portfolio, and champion local engagement strategies. Collaborate with the Public Relations, Brand, and external Digital agency team to ensure the Hawaiian brand is positively leveraged through all assets. Manage the relationship with the creative agency to support the creative execution of marketing materials in the assets and manage the Suburban portfolio brand style guide. Manage the relationship with media and media buyers for Suburban portfolio campaigns. Suburban Assets Champion innovative projects and explore emerging retail trends to drive sales and increase foot traffic, while positioning our centres as vibrant community hubs and the heart of their neighbourhoods. Support the Marketing Executives with ideas for retailer support initiatives, including pre-opening opportunities to maximise the impact of store openings. Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to develop accurate and timely annual sales, traffic, and marketing targets. About you Tertiary qualification in marketing, arts, communications, journalism or related discipline. At least 5 years' experience in a generalised marketing role. An understanding of the property industry, with prior experience in shopping centres advantageous. Experience using multimedia production tools and a range of personal computer applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other web-based products.
