ABOUT THE ROLE This is a role for someone who loves disrupting to create great work; someone who can drive the planning, creation and delivery of innovative social media content for our partners. This position will be responsible for implementing social media strategies, copywriting, managing content development, community management/moderation, content management, campaign reporting and social ideation. You will have exceptional communication skills and client management skills, as their trusted go-to for all things social media. You will work closely with our Client Partners and Business Leads to support the development of content strategy, as well as with the creative and PR teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and executed creatively on social media. A DAY IN THE LIFE Leading the development and execution of social campaigns Collaborating closely with internal creative, strategy and client service teams Managing several social media accounts, including management of always on and campaign activity, budgets and timelines to deliver on strategic goals Managing lo-fi content creation concepts and shoots Providing recommendations and insights to client brand leads Staying ahead of social media shifts and trends to future-proof client success Inspiring and guiding junior team members Contributing to agency culture through curiosity, collaboration and creativity SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5 years’ experience of social media management Experience in critical analysis of audience data Assisting with campaign planning and analysis Contributing to ideas for campaign and always-on activities Managing online communities and related reporting Knowledge of digital marketing and reporting tools Experience and understanding of paid social media Experience with lo-fi content creation Client and team management and an ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse disciplines Strong presentation skills and ability to sell in ideas Interest in working with automotive and FMCG clients You’ll have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital and social media trends and key insights across all social platforms WHAT LIFE IS LIKE AT ELEVEN Fast paced, collaborative and rewarding We’re professionals but don’t take ourselves too seriously We’re hard on the work, kind to each other Creativity can come from anywhere We’re flexible, but believe the best stuff happens when we’re in the agency together Apply now or reach out to claire.hopkins@tbwa.com for more info
