Location: Can be based in our office locations – Perth or Adelaide Description As part of our Customer Delivery team, you’ll support the smooth and efficient delivery of insurance policies to our customers. What you’ll do: Support underwriters with policy processing and document handling Respond to Broker, Strata Manager, and Lot Owner requests Ensure data is accurately captured in our systems Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share improvement ideas Manage task trackers and meet service deadlines Skills And Experiences About You Completed a tertiary qualification in business, economics, or commerce, and/or have relevant experience in administration, customer service, or data entry.
