Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all. Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety. Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care. About You: Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) Must have experience in Aged Care or in a similar role First Aid Certificate (desirable) Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Must be available to work at least one of the below shift patterns in full Why Choose Us?
