Lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns that attract purpose-driven talent using the WHO Method. Support performance, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that bring our values to life. Play a key role in our Employment Hero implementation , driving smarter systems and better employee experiences. Contribute to strategic projects in Learning & Development, workforce planning, and retention . What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience in HR generalist, advisory or partnering roles. Knowledge of Australian HR and WHS legislation. Employment Hero experience (or similar HRIS). A balance of compassion, curiosity and commercial thinking.
