The Opportunity Hoops Capital is seeking a General Manager of Basketball Operations to lead both the Kings and Flames programs. The General Manager will drive the long-term success, culture, and strategic direction for both teams, ensuring on-court competitiveness and off-court respect. This role reports to Mark Thompson (CEO) and Luc Longley (Head of Basketball, Co-Owner and Basketball Advisor) and requires deep basketball experience and the authority to guide coaches, players, and high-profile stakeholders. The General Manager will provide vision, discipline, and leadership across roster construction, scouting, player pathways, and staff development, while working with Head Coaches to align rosters with coaching styles and priorities.
