Champion data-driven decision-making with attention to short-term results and long-term impact. Culture, Team & Leadership Development – Lead with a collaborative, empowering style; foster high performance and accountability. Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans to enable scalable growth while preserving culture. Provide mentoring and coaching to senior leaders to deliver exceptional results. Brand Influence & Public Representation – Serve as primary spokesperson and amplify the company’s presence through thought leadership, public speaking, media engagements, and content creation. Ensure communications reflect the brand identity: authentic, bold, and impactful. What You Bring Proven CEO or senior leadership experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Track record of scaling brands, driving profitable growth, and developing global teams. Deep understanding of business education, coaching, and events, with experience delivering high-impact results.
