Care Partner – NDIS Salary: up to $90K super | Parramatta | Full-time We are partnered with a lovely and growing NDIS provider seeking an experienced Care Partner to join their supportive, close-knit team. Reporting into the Head of Operations and working closely with the Owner, this is a hands-on role with genuine progression opportunities as the business expands. About the Role The Care Partner is responsible for managing care plans, intake, incidents, and compliance, while building strong relationships with participants, families, plan managers, and support coordinators. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with risk, funding, and compliance oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage client intake, onboarding, and assessments Develop and review individualised care plans to help participants achieve their goals Liaise with plan managers, support coordinators, and families to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor budgets, funding, and service utilisation in line with NDIS requirements Record and manage incidents, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards Identify risks and maintain accurate compliance documentation Support growth by bringing on new clients and building strong client relationships About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within disability or aged care Strong knowledge of NDIS funding, budgets, risk, and compliance Experienced in working with plan managers, support coordinators, and external stakeholders Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently while being a strong team player Must have full working rights in Australia What’s on Offer Up to $90K super Full-time role, 5 days in the office (to begin with) New office and on site parking Report directly to the Head of Operations and collaborate with the Owner Career progression opportunities within a growing provider Supportive, people-focused culture where your impact is valued Please click apply or contact: laura@brightsiderecruitment.com.au 0435 554 593
