We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join a busy and growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial subdivisions, and built-form developments with exposure to the full lifecycle of civil engineering design. Key Responsibilities Prepare concept and detailed civil designs using 12D and AutoCAD. Assist in the preparation of Development Approval documentation and reporting. Conduct site assessments and inspections as required. Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other consultants to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deadlines are met. Skills & Experience 3 years’ experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or urban infrastructure projects. Competent in 12D and AutoCAD; experience with earthworks modelling, roads, drainage, and subdivision infrastructure. Strong knowledge of local design standards Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
