We deliver a wide range of services designed to assess, re-able, and maintain individuals’ capacity to successfully remain in their community — including: Specialised and intensive rehabilitation Low-intensity and maintenance therapy Basic support and re-ablement programs You’ll work closely with a trans-disciplinary team that includes nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, psychology, speech pathology, dietetics, continence care, and personal care assistants — all united by one goal: helping people live their best lives. What You’ll Bring Relevant tertiary qualification and SPA registration Experience working with adult or aged care consumers (preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for empowering others through goal-directed, person-centred care Requirements Mandatory: Current Aged Care National Police Certificate Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (highly regarded) This is more than a job — it’s your chance to make a lasting impact while being rewarded for your expertise.
