A position is now available for a reliable, motivated individual, who has a minimum of 2 years' experience in stores and warehousing, an outstanding work ethic and is a dedicated team player. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including picking, packing and dispatch of goods, basic assembly of products, stock and inventory management, devanning containers and preparing goods for next day scheduled delivery runs. You will need to be physically fit, have a current forklift licence and experience in manual and electronic pick/pack. What’s great about this role: Close Knit Team offering an excellent work culture Opportunities to upskill & to grow your career Busy role offering loads of variety Be recognised and rewarded for your efforts Duties: PM Shift Role, 12 noon to 9pm, Monday to Friday Efficiently organise stock to be delivered to allocated operational areas Pick, pack and wrap of products to prevent damage Basic assembly of products and quality checks prior to dispatch Receipt of inwards goods, ensuring all items are correctly stored Inventory and Stock Control, ensuring rotation of stock De-van containers as required Collate, count, mark off and store shipments Ensure adherence to health and safety standards Skills and Experience: Previous experience in Warehousing and Stores True team player, who can use their initiative and participates in continuous improvement Strong work ethic with a flexible attitude A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Be Physically Fit and able to lift & move heavy items Proficient computer skills Current Class 1 or 2 drivers licence Current High Reach Forklift Licence Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Ability to pass a Police and Drug & Alcohol Check PLEASE NOTE: This role is suitable to candidates who are residing in NZ and have full working rights only.
