Day to day, you’ll be based in our call centre, where no two calls are the same! You’ll respond to a wide variety of enquiries across rates, water services, permits, development assessment, waste services, and so much more! As you progress in the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience through training in our administration processes, concierge role, and face-to-face customer service counters. Remuneration: Full-time: Commencing salary $65,918 p.a plus superannuation Casual: $36.21 p/hour plus 25% casual leave loading Location: The positions will work across our Customer Service Centres in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree, and at our Forster Civic Centre in Lake Street, Forster. Tenure: Full-time: 35 hours per week I Monday to Friday I 8:30am to 4:30pm Casual: Flexible hours – initially full-time for training, then available to cover ad hoc shifts (annual leave, sick leave) as required.
