The Role As a Business Administration Trainee, you’ll play a key role in supporting CHL’s office operations and customer service. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about creating a world without housing poverty, and you’ll contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace. Your responsibilities will include: General office and reception desk duties, including responding to in person and phone enquiries Data entry, filing, and document preparation Assisting with forms, correspondence, and photocopying Providing support to the wider team and organisation What We’re Looking For To be eligible for this traineeship, you must: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be committed to completing a Certificate III in Business Administration - BSB30120, (must not have completed a Certificate III of higher in Business Administration (or related field within last 7 years) Have basic experience with Microsoft Office (minimum 2 years preferred) An understanding of local communities and awareness of support services in the area Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Hold a current Driver’s Licence (preferred but not essential) We’re looking for someone who: Is client-focused and committed to quality service Listens, understands, and adapts to others Uses technology effectively and learns new systems quickly Solves problems with a proactive and resilient attitude Is positive and demonstrates a willingness and openness to learning Demonstrates integrity and aligns with CHL’s values Why Join CHL?
