What you’ll be doingAs a Marketplace Operations Manager - Seller Success working for Kmart you will: • Drive efficient and scalable onboarding processes for new sellers, ensuring technical integrations are completed accurately and on time. • Configure marketplace platform settings (e.g., Mirakl) including transformations, category mapping, and offer rules. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams and sellers. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve time-to-live for sellers. • Deliver training sessions, create video tutorials, and maintain knowledge bases for sellers and internal teams. • Promote best practices across the marketplace team to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency. • Lead and coach the Manila-based onboarding team, providing guidance, training, and development to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes and long-term seller success. • Establish clear processes, quality standards, and performance frameworks for the team. • Work closely with technology teams, Mirakl, and SI partners to resolve integration challenges and optimise onboarding processes. To be successful in this role you will have: • Experience leading end-to-end seller onboarding and technical integration for a large-scale marketplace platform (e.g., Mirakl), ensuring rapid time-to-live and high catalogue quality standards. • Managed and coached an offshore onboarding team (e.g., Manila), building capability through structured training, SOPs, and performance frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. • Collaborated with sellers, SI vendors, and internal teams to resolve integration challenges, optimise onboarding processes, and maintain compliance with SLAs. • Developed and maintained technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources, including video tutorials and seller portal content, to support scalable onboarding. • Configured marketplace platform settings and transformations rules in conjunction with Operations team (e.g., category mapping, attribute normalisation, shipping/tax rules) and supported CRM requirements documentation for accurate seller lifecycle tracking. • Process documentation (BPMN or clear flowcharts), SOPs, step-by-step guides, short how-to videos (e.g., Camtasia/Loom), and seller portal content. • Mirakl (or equivalent marketplace platform) configuration and seller onboarding experience • Agile delivery using Jira/Azure DevOps; backlog hygiene, prioritisation K MART Australia Ltd
