About the Role Serene Country Living is seeking Aged & Disabled Carers for full-time positions, offering an annual salary of $73,000 to $79,000 plus superannuation. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring engagement and inclusion. Support mobility and movement, including prescribed exercises. Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs. Organize social activities and outings to promote well-being. Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Assist with personal hygiene and dressing with dignity and respect. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster trust and connection. Run errands and shopping for essential needs. Administer medications, if required, and maintain records. Monitor and document client health, reporting concerns to healthcare professionals. Assist with physical therapy exercises to improve strength and mobility. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed. Coordinate medical appointments and transportation. Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
