As our Finance Systems Administrator reporting to the Senior Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that system performance, availability, data integrity, security and reporting meets the needs of the business and be the Systems administrator and support for our Finance systems. A few of your responsibilities: Maintain Finance Data Audits/validations, RFC and data validation for Oracle, Blackline, Converge, Flexipurchase and other finance system tools Provide system and reporting support for Finance. This includes end of month processing and reporting, month end close procedures in Oracle and associated systems. Maintain Oracle ERP end user and master data Provide system and security admin – Oracle, OAC, Blackline, other finance related systems Assist the Finance Systems team with various ad hoc tasks, requests and projects What we are looking for: 2 year’s experience in Oracle ERP systems administration Good analytical / problem-solving skills Someone who has a positive attitude and it a team player Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations Understanding of human resources systems About you: You are a skilled Finance Systems Administrator with a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of financial technologies. You ensure systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and processes are continuously improved to support business performance.
