The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated casual Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this essential role, you will uphold the impeccable presentation of our guest rooms and suites, ensuring every detail reflects the elegance and standards of our luxury property. With a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and personalised touches, you will create an environment of comfort and excellence that enhances the overall guest experience. Your Day to Day Cleaning of rooms as per daily scheduling Stocking of room attendant trolleys Maintain chemical containers Ensure cleanliness of storerooms and stock control Making beds to meet required standard Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and outside doorways Cleaning of bathrooms and amenities Laundry responsibilities Maintaining public areas, including restaurant, function rooms and day spa. Dusting and cleaning of furniture, mirrors and glass areas Disposal of waste About You You are thorough, efficient, and take genuine pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. With an eye for detail and a natural sense of care, you ensure every room is immaculate and welcoming, exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in luxury or boutique hotels is highly regarded, but most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do. Prior cleaning experience is desirable, however not essential as training will be provided. We operate on a 7-day rotating roster with working hours between 8:30am and 2:30pm, making this position ideal for school drop offs and social commitments. Weekend availability is required, however you will receive penalty rates for your hard work and dedication to the position.
