We're hiring Machine Operators for full-time, temporary ongoing roles across Day, Afternoon and Night shifts (with view to permanent for the right candidates). About the Role This position involves operating advanced production machinery and playing a crucial role in ensuring our client's high-quality standards are met. On-the-job training will help you hit the ground running and excel in the role. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate automated production machinery Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks Adhere to workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards Ideal Candidate Proven machine operation experience (manufacturing industry preferred) Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills A team player with a "can-do" attitude who thrives under pressure Great attention to detail and quality control.
