We're partnering with a leading business to find a talented Financial and Sustainability Reporting Manager who can drive financial performance while leading the charge on ESG strategy and reporting. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both financial reporting and sustainability initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis and develop a comprehensive sustainability road map. Please note, this role is full time on site. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Lead monthly group consolidation and management reporting Support senior leadership with real-time financial analysis Drive budgeting and forecasting for designated business units Develop financial models and business cases Oversee statutory reporting and compliance Mentor junior finance team members Sustainability Strategy Identify ESG trends and develop a sustainability road map Conduct bench marking and gap analysis Secure external funding (grants, environmental markets) Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of conduct Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives Support sustainability communications (website, annual report, AGM) About You You're a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a passion for sustainability. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving change. What You'll Bring CA/CPA qualification with 5 year's experience in accounting Strong financial modelling and Excel skills Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Project management and strategic planning capabilities Understanding of agribusiness and supply chain sustainability (preferred) Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
