We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager who is passionate about eCommerce, digital growth and creating outstanding customer and seller experiences. This role is perfect for a commercially minded leader who thrives on building partnerships, driving performance, and shaping the future of online retail. Success in this role calls for strong business acumen, proven experience in managing marketplace platforms, and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing Baby Bunting’s Marketplace, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment with our broader digital strategy. Key Deliverables Marketplace Leadership & Operations • Lead all Marketplace functions, including seller onboarding, account performance, and trade/campaign management. • Oversee marketplace operations including budgets, schedules and performance standards. • Partner with Merchandise teams to identify new sellers and product ranges aligned to category strategies. Campaigns & Commercial Growth • Plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns across Marketing, eCommerce and Merchandise. • Manage and grow retail media opportunities to drive incremental revenue and seller engagement. • Monitor and analyse key metrics (GMV, revenue, ROI) to identify trends and optimise outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with IT, Digital, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Care to ensure operational excellence, compliance and drive results. • Build strong relationships with external partners including Mirakl and Marketplace sellers. • Surface insights and opportunities that contribute to the Baby Bunting Marketplace strategy. What you'll bring to the role • 2 years’ experience managing or running a marketplace offering with experience using Mirakl or similar platforms • 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or product management. • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset. • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams. • Strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience and innovation.
