The Role Ideally, we are seeking highly capable School Officers for a prominent front-facing role that demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As the first point of contact for our school, you would provide accurate advice and support to parents, students, staff, and community members. Key responsibilities include reception duties, managing student enrolment procedures, and assisting with financial operations such as handling debtors and creditors, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial returns. Experience with a range of software platforms to enhance administrative efficiency and support marketing and communication strategies is highly desirable. Suitable applicants should display a commitment to quality customer service and effective administrative support, working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, the ability to meet deadlines, and a positive team-oriented attitude are high desirable.
