The Opportunity As Receptionist / Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the firm, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and a welcoming experience for all clients and staff. Your proactive attitude, organisational skills, and friendly approach make you ideally suited to this role. You will be responsible for: Greeting clients warmly and professionally; answering and directing calls. Scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and preparing refreshments. Managing mail, banking, office supplies, scanning, filing, and general admin. Supporting the Office Manager and team with ad hoc administrative tasks. Maintaining reception and office areas to a professional standard. Participating in internal training, team updates, and contributing to a positive office culture.
